    Fix today’s problem, and set your team up for the next one.

    A project of about 8 to 12 weeks, occasionally longer. We build the processes, tools, and skills your team needs to use evidence in everyday decisions. Most projects start in one of four places:

    • Priority: deciding what to build, keep, or cut.

    • Performance: finding out why something isn’t working, and setting up tracking to catch problems early.

    • Pilot readiness: getting ready for an upcoming pilot, or getting more out of studies you already have.

    • Impact communication: turning complex findings into something a board, funder, or buyer can use.

    We’re decision partners, not just researchers. You finish with a plan that informs your strategy and the tools to keep using it.

    If any of the following would be helpful, send us an email. We’ll share a referral from our trusted network provider.

    • You are ready to run large scale efficacy studies (e.g. ESSA Tier 1 or 2). We don't do those, especially when a company is paying for them directly but know some awesome people who do.

    • You need a technical developer because you’ve got awesome feedback on your AI-developed prototype. We help sketch your product design and collect feedback but don’t have the skills to code it ourselves.

    • You need help with grant writing or responding to RFP solicitations. We are happy to partner with you to brainstorm and strategize on your approach but often don’t have the time to commit to grant writing.

    • You need to recruit users or sell. This is not our area of expertise and we really want the best for you.
